Graphite Selection

Saturn works closely with customers to attain accurate dimensions and to select the best graphite material for AccuRings. 

Saturn maintains a substantial inventory of graphite including specific grades for air casting.

Ring Measurements

Two measurement methods are available.  The first option requires the customers to measuring an existing casting ring and furnish the dimensional information to Saturn. 

Alternatively, Saturn will make the initial measurements of a customer provided sample. For Saturn measurements a new (unused) casting ring is shipped to  an authorized Saturn site.  The following links provide further instruction.
